It is amazing how much garlic flavor can be imparted by simply rubbing a slice of bread with a fresh cut clove. The act of rubbing a fresh tomato on the bread also adds just the right amount of flavor and juice to the toast. This classic Spanish snack is topped with the country’s famous cured ham. Print Recipe
