Crab Gratin


1.    Preheat the oven on the broil setting
2.    In a bowl, combine the crabmeat, crème fraiche, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper. Mix together and put into the dish
3.    Sprinkle the top with Bread Crumbs
4.    Bake in the toaster oven on broil for about 5-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the crab is hot all the way through.
5.    Remove from the oven and serve immediately 



8oz crabmeat
1 tablespoon crème fraiche
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 teaspoons chives, sliced
Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
